Vendors are selected on a phased, rolling basis as spaces are filled. Priority is given to those who best align with the festival’s theme, with a strong emphasis on handmade, artisan goods.
The alcohol vendor application will not be posted publicly due to limited availability. Alcohol vendors are primarily selected in advance to ensure a balanced and well-managed offering for the festival. For any questions or inquiry, please reach out to Vendors@caverncityrenfest.com
Reminder: We will never request payment unless you have been formally accepted through our official communication channels. Please do not respond to any requests for payment or acceptance outside of our official channels.
